Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will not be passed to any outside Companies but may be used by Melinda Coss to notify you of other courses and products which may be of interest and benefit to you.

Cancellation, Postponement or Substitution of Course Dates

We reserve the right to change the course dates, venue and content should the need arise. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled or postponed you will be given the option of new course dates or a full refund but no further liability will be accepted.

Deposits

Except in the circumstances of a postponement or cancellation directed by us, your deposit is non-refundable. However, should you be unable to attend on the dates you have booked due to poor health or accident we will offer you a place on the following course.. We regret that we are unable to carry this offer forward should you be unable to attend on those following dates.
Full payment for the course falls due no later than 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course. You will be liable for full payment of the course fee if you cancel later than two weeks prior to the course.

Course Materials

Course materials are provided for the exclusive use of individual course participants and they may not be reproduced, lent, sold, copied or transmitted to others in any form. Soaps made from the sample recipes provided must not be offered for sale.

Losses

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal possessions at the venue.

Goods Purchased

Except in the case of faulty goods, we are unable to refund monies or accept exchanges for items bought by participants at the course venue.

Health & Safety

During the course you will have access to a heat ring and you will be working (under supervision) with caustic soda both of which can burn you if used carelessly. During the course we will require you to exercise great caution when working near the heat ring and we will insist that you wear rubber gloves, eye goggles and a mask when working with caustic substances. For the sake of your personal safety and the safety of all fellow participants we reserve the right to exclude from the course (without refund), any person who fails to follow our safety instructions or whom we consider, for whatever reason, to be working unsafely with equipment and /or ingredients. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of personal negligence.
